Paul Dickson has been an entrepreneur and software developer spanning 20 years. Mr. Dickson has made a career of identifying opportunities within the software sector, both in startup stage development and acquisition. Mr. Dickson runs the day to day operations of Subscribe Technologies Inc.
Ward Munsie
Director
W. Ward Munsie has been the President of Atomic Marketing since August 2000. Mr. Munsie has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & International Relations from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California and an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Glendale, Arizona.
Harvey D. Dick
Director
Harvey D. Dick has more than 20 years of experience as a director of public companies. Mr. Dick was the President of Jet Gold Corp., a mineral exploration company, from December 1995 to May 2003 and a director of Jet Gold Corp. from August 1995 to February 2006. He has been a director of Regal Resources Inc. from January 2006 until February 2013 as well as President from January 2006 until January 2010 and CEO from January 2006 to January 2010. Mr. Dick received a B.A. Degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Subscribe Technologies Inc. (CSE: SYC) (the “Company”), formerly Surrey Capital Corp., is pleased to report that further to the Company’s news releases of November 2, 2016, November 16, 2016, November 28, 2016, and December 13, 2016, the Company has closed its $0.03 non-brokered private placement. The Company issued 3,200,000 common shares for gross proceeds of $96,000. A finder’s fee of $6,000 and 200,000 share purchase warrants (“Finder’s Warrants”) was paid in connection with the private placement. Each Finder’s Warrant entitles the holder to purchase a common share at a price of $0.10 per share on or before December 29, 2021, subject to an accelerated expiry provision. The shares issued pursuant to the private placement and any shares to be issued on the exercise of the Finder’s Warrants are restricted from trading until April 30, 2017. The proceeds raised will be used for general corporate purposes.
